Casey Jones is a vigilante who is a little nuts. He uses sports equipment to fight and often wears a hockey mask. Casey's a close human ally of the Turtles and is also a very good friend to them, and often acts as a big brother-figure to them. His primary love interest in the TMNT-franchise is April O'Neil, another close friend/human ally of the Turtles.
Out of all four of the turtles, Casey's usually closest to Raphael (they consider themselves to be each other's best friends), especially since the two of them have very similar personalities.
