Dysnaea is a fairy residing in Thanatia. Donatello, Raphael, and Future Raphael encounter her when they arrive via time-slip. She welcomes them to Thanatia and speaks in a leading and roundabout manner, giving the Turtles options on what she can tell them. Don asks for information on Armaggon and she says he has no love for the Turtles or Dysnaea herself, but instead: death - just as she dodges a missile launched from the shark mutant; the Turtles are not so lucky, unfortunately. The Turtles recover in town to battle Armaggon again, and after they get him on the ropes, Dysnaea warns Future Raph of his tail. Present Raph hits Armaggon as Armaggon hits Future Raph, and Raph's kick sends Arnaggon over a waterfall. When the Turtles escape Thanatia via another time-slip, she giggles.

Dysnaea is about a few inches in length, and possesses not only dragonfly-like wings that allow her to fly, but a piscine tail instead of legs, like a mermaid. She has long, brown, frizzy hair and wears a white bikini-like top with a clamshell design for cups. Dysnaea also carries a scepter.
