Eustice Mole, also known simply as Smuggler, is the number one smuggler and black market dealer in all of the world in the After the Bomb scenario. He runs a literal underground black market and can get his paws on essentially anything which exists. Paranoid and curmudgeonly, he avoids contact with others whenever possible and has only a small handful of rodent assistants who he works with. At least five other mutant moles have been captured due to governments thinking they are Smuggler, all of which have been executed or imprisoned. This only serves to heighten Smuggler's paranoia, as he's afraid that they're getting too close to him.
