Synopsis[]
While Scul and Bean approach the Earth, the turtles and April O'Neil travel home to New York City on the backs of sea creatures, accompanied by Man Ray. On their journey, they fight Captain Mossback.

- During Splinter's remote psychic communication with the turtles, Splinter teasingly compliments Raphael's "Jams." The shape of Raph's bottoms do not resemble Jams, but they will in the next issue #18: Mondo Metal, when Raph will have trimmed them below the knee.
- The cover of this issue was used among the scenes of alternate universes in Turtles Forever.
