Cement Man appears in the video game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time as the boss of Stage 4 "Prehistoric Turtlesaurus". He attacked with his hands and had the ability to throw his own goop at the Ninja Turtles. In the Super NES version, he is replaced by Slash.
