Oroku Saki (尾碌沙鬼/おろくさき/オロクサキ) is a Japanese ninja who is the most well-known mantle-holder of the title of the Shredder, the main antagonist of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.
Oroku Saki has been the archenemy of Splinter and the Ninja Turtles at one point or another in every TMNT incarnation. He is also known as the leader of the New York City branch of the Foot Clan, or at times, the whole clan itself.
