Flaming Carrot is an surrealist superhero created by Bob Burden, making his debut in 1979's Visions #1. Flaming Carrot, whose actual identity and origin are unknown, protects Palookavilla and Iron City with his band of adventurers known as the Mystery Men.

Flaming Carrot has run into the Turtles on several occasions.
