A Laser Dimension Blade is a device used by Krang in the 1987 TV series episode April Gets in Dutch to open portals. To focus the rays, Krang sends Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady to Earth to steal the Duchess Diamond of the Netherlands.
When Spats Sparkle and Dag steal the original Dutch Duchess Diamond and replace it with a fake diamond, stolen by Shredder unaware of the first theft, the fake diamond when used for the laser dimension blade causes Earthquakes on Earth.[1]
