Leatherhead's lair is the place where Leatherhead lives in the 2003 animated TV series.
During the events of "Hunted", Leatherhead refuses to return to living with the Turtles, stating "No, I cannot. I simply will not risk staying with you. My temper, my anger. What if I can’t control it? What if I had really hurt Michelangelo? Or worse."
Donatello has the solution to Leatherhead's housing problem, and leads them through the sewers to a tunnel covered by a heavy metal grid panel. Leatherhead does the honors of removing the panel and after traversing a narrow tunnel, they emerge into a large open space.
Donatello: "It’s an abandoned station from the nineteenth century. I found it on some archival blueprints I hacked off City Hall computers." He goes on to state that it is only three minutes from their lair.
After Donatello double mutates in Adventures in Turtle Sitting, his brothers go to Leatherhead's lair to get his help. Leatherhead helps them capture Donatello and then they take him back to Leatherhead's place.
