The Morphogenesis Exoskeleton was an exosuit created by Lord Dregg in the final episode of the 1987 TV series, Divide and Conquer.Divide and Conquer After having been defeated by the Turtles too many times, Dregg's obsession with them bordered on madness.
His final plan for killing his enemies involved the Morphogenesis Exoskeleton, and five expert fighters who were able to combat the Turtles for a set amount of time. After creating the suit using Microbots, Dregg absorbed the aliens - and their power - into the suit, allowing him to exhibit all of their strengths himself. He utilized this new power against the Turtles quite effectively, but the Morphogenesis Exoskeleton was insufficient to protect him from the explosive power of Krang's Android Body.
