As a result of licking up a mutagen ice cream, this little kitty transforms into Ice Cream Kitty, the Turtles' secret weapon. With his gooey claws and cold temperature, Ice Cream Kitty hangs out in the closest freezer to the Turtle to lend a helping paw.
