In the 2003 TV series episode H.A.T.E., Spuds is a member of the H.A.T.E. organization, the equivalent of C.R.A.P. in this series. He was among the H.A.T.E. members to whom Skonk announced his plan to annihilate New York City with an atomic bomb, and later went on patrol with Bubba and two other comrades on two heavily armed buggies. They came across Raphael and Donatello and pursued them to the top of a fissure. Donatello, however, managed to sweep Spuds and his partner off the buggy with his acrobatic bounce, and while the other tried to continue the fight, Spuds remained motionless.
