Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a game developed by Magic Pockets and published by Activision. It was released on October 22, 2013 for Xbox 360, Wii, and Nintendo 3DS. It is based on the 2012 TV series by Nickelodeon.

The existence of the game was revealed via the "Stealth Turtles" action figures, which claims that it is available at the time of release of the figures (when in fact, it was never even announced prior to this).

Plot

One night, the four Turtles once again go on the rooftops of New York, and they are attacked by Foot Soldiers as they pursue them they learn with the help of April, that they have built a Mutagen bomb and want to mutate the entire city. After the brothers have defused the bomb, the Turtles get a call (from April's cell phone) from Shredder. He has kidnapped April and demands that they bring him Splinter. Can they liberate April and stop Shredder?

The goal of the game

Fight against the Foot Clan, the Kraang, Baxter Stockman (and his Mousers) and liberate April from Shredder. You can collect Mutagen canisters in the game (which unlock the extras) and gather points (which you can use to buy upgrades for your team).

Items

Mutagen Canisters

There are a total of 33 canisters and they are usually very difficult to find, but they give off an (annoying) singing sound, which makes the search easier.

Points

You get points when you collect the yellow stones which you get when you defeat enemies. With them you can buy upgrades for each Turtle.

Food

Food is found mostly during fights, hidden in all corners. If you collect it, your health is a bit padded. There are Pizza, sushi, noodles, algae and worms, etc.

Lives

In each level you have 3 lives from the beginning, but there are also hidden extra lives. If you have no lives, and one of the Turtles has no lives, then you can play as long as you get a life again, which is then sacrificed to save the fallen turtle.
